Quick answers
Everything important before and after buying a ticket.
These answers explain how the platform normally works. The event page and the organizer’s event-specific terms remain decisive for an individual purchase.

Your account is the fastest route for a specific ticket
If the question concerns an order, entry code or refund, open support while signed in. The event and order can be attached directly, which is safer and faster than an email without context.
- Open My Tickets and select the affected event.
- Check the event notice and order status first.
- Create a support case with a short description if needed.
- Never send a password, full card details or an identity copy.
Quick answers
Account and ticket access
How to reach your account, ticket and entry code.
Do I need an account?
Yes for a real purchase. Your account protects access to tickets, notifications, support requests, transfers and privacy tools.
Where is my ticket?
After payment is confirmed, the ticket appears in your account. The wallet contains the current QR credential and a manual fallback code where available.
How can I get help or exercise privacy rights?
Signed-in buyers can open a support case or submit access, correction, export and deletion requests from the dashboard. General contact and supervisory authority details are available on the contact and privacy pages.
Why is my ticket not visible yet?
A ticket is issued only after payment is confirmed. Check the order status and email address used. If a successful charge still shows as pending, open a case linked to the order. Do not immediately buy again while the status is unclear.
What if the QR code does not scan at the entrance?
Open the ticket and show its eight-character manual code. Staff can check it for that event. An old screenshot may be invalid after a transfer or replacement, so always use the current ticket in your account.
Quick answers
Purchase, payment and transfer
What matters before and after an order.
Who receives my payment?
Stripe processes the payment for the organizer identified on the event page. That organizer remains the legal seller. The platform does not receive or store raw card data.
Can I transfer a ticket?
Only when the organizer has enabled transfers and the transfer deadline has not passed. A completed transfer replaces the old credential so it cannot be used twice.
Quick answers
Changes and refunds
The right path when the original plan changes.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Event tickets for a specific date are generally not covered by the standard 14-day withdrawal period. Organizer terms, event cancellation or rescheduling, and mandatory consumer rights may still create a refund right. Use the structured request in your account.
What happens if an event changes?
The organizer publishes the change and affected buyers receive a notification. Any applicable refund window and next steps are shown in the account.
Quick answers
DJs, organizers and venues
How one account covers several activities without mixing permissions.
How do organizer accounts work?
An organizer creates a workspace, completes identity and payment onboarding, and submits event information. Events stay unpublished until the configured operational and legal checks are complete.
Can I create events as a DJ?
Yes. You do not need a second account. Add Event organization alongside your DJ profile, then set up an organizer, choose a venue, add yourself to the line-up and invite other artists.
How do I manage a bar, club or venue?
Search for the existing profile first to prevent duplicates. You can request management of an existing place. After review, its confirmed team can maintain details, images and opening hours. Being used by an event alone grants no editing access.
How to prepare a support request
A useful request does not need to be long. It only needs enough context for the team to identify the case safely and explain the next step.
- Sign in with the account that owns the order or profile.
- Select the event, order or affected area.
- Briefly explain what you expected and what happened instead.
- Attach only necessary screenshots and hide sensitive details.
- Follow status and replies in the account so information stays together.

What support will never need
Protected account references are sufficient. Private payment and access data do not belong in messages or attachments.
- your password or sign-in code
- the complete card number or security code
- an unsolicited passport or identity copy
- a ticket code posted publicly on social media
