Rewards for real recommendations
Bring the group together. Unlock an extra for the night.
Some events offer a small thank-you when your personal link leads new guests to a paid booking. The organizer chooses the reward, the required number of valid purchases and the place where it can be collected. You see those rules before you share anything.

First things first
A reward is an event extra, not money for advertising
Entriza rewards are tied to one event and funded by its organizer. They are not commission, wages, affiliate income, a prize draw or a promise that sharing will earn money. A reward might be cloakroom access, a food item, merchandise or another clearly described benefit available at the event.
- The reward and threshold belong to one specific event.
- Only completed, eligible purchases by new buyers can add progress.
- Cash payouts, affiliate commissions and resale incentives are not part of the system.
From link to collection
Four steps, with the rules visible from the start
You should not have to guess whether a recommendation counted. The event campaign shows the threshold, remaining availability, deadline and redemption instructions. Your account keeps the progress beside your ticket.
- 01
Choose an event with an active reward
The event page explains what is available, how many valid referrals are required, when the campaign ends and whether you need your own ticket to collect it.
- 02
Share your personal event link
The link belongs to you and that event. Attribution uses the last eligible link visited within the campaign window, normally up to seven days or until the event begins.
- 03
A new guest completes a paid purchase
Opening the link is not enough. The new buyer must complete a valid order. Self-referrals and repeated purchases by the same buyer do not create extra progress.
- 04
Collect with a separate reward code
When the threshold is reached and campaign stock remains, the reward is reserved. Its code is separate from the ticket and is checked at the station named by the organizer.
What changes the counter
A purchase counts once, or it does not count at all
The counter follows the campaign rules, not likes, clicks or screenshots. That keeps the result understandable for guests and keeps the organizer's limited reward budget from being used twice.
This can count
- A distinct new buyer follows your eligible link and pays for the event.
- The order remains paid and is not later refunded or cancelled.
- The purchase happens inside the stated attribution and campaign period.
This does not count
- Your own purchase through your own link.
- A click, registration or unpaid checkout attempt.
- Several orders attributed to the same new buyer.
- An order that is refunded, reversed or connected with abuse.

A concrete example
Three friends buy, one event extra becomes available
Imagine an organizer offers a poster for three valid referrals. You buy your own ticket, open the reward card in your account and share its event link with your group. Elena, Mark and Niko each make their first paid purchase for that event. The counter reaches three and reserves one poster from the campaign budget.
If Mark's order is refunded before the event, his purchase stops counting. An unused reward can be withdrawn because the threshold is no longer met. If the reward was already collected, the system does not silently rewrite the past; support receives a case so the organizer can review what happened.
Refunds and changes
Progress follows valid attendance, not a temporary payment
A referral remains part of your progress only while the related order is valid. A full refund removes it. If the counter falls below the threshold, an unused reward is withdrawn and the account explains why. This prevents a limited reward from remaining reserved after the qualifying purchase no longer exists.
When an event is cancelled, affected tickets and unused rewards are blocked while the organizer's refund process begins. A date or major venue change may open a separate refund window. The event update and the organizer's contact remain visible in your account.
- A refunded referral no longer adds progress.
- An unused reward can be withdrawn when the threshold is lost.
- A reward already collected creates a review case instead of an unexplained automatic charge.
Collection at the event
Your reward code is separate from your ticket
A reward has its own code, state and redemption station. Door staff cannot accidentally use it as an entry ticket, and reward staff do not need access to unrelated order details. The first valid redemption records the time, station and staff role; a repeated scan clearly says it was already used.
For an age-restricted item, staff confirm the age check in person. Entriza does not store a photo or number from an identity document for that check. The organizer must offer a non-alcoholic alternative when an alcohol-related reward is used.
- No reward token is written to public logs or analytics.
- Manual codes are event-bound and protected against repeated guessing.
- Rewards remain personal when a ticket is transferred.
- Collection windows and stations are shown before the event.
For organizers
Set a benefit your team can actually deliver
A campaign needs a clear threshold, maximum quantity, value or budget, per-person limit, collection window and named station. You can also require an event ticket, set an age rule and decide what happens after a cancellation. Once the campaign is live, guests should not discover new restrictions at the counter.
Rewards are useful when they fit the event operation. A limited poster picked up at merchandise is easier to understand than a vague promise of VIP treatment. The dashboard shows valid referrals, reserved rewards and redemptions without turning every social click into behavioral tracking.
- Define a real quantity and stop when the budget is exhausted.
- Write a short description that staff and guests interpret the same way.
- Train the named redemption station before doors open.
- Choose a useful non-alcoholic alternative where an age restriction applies.
Common questions
Before you share a reward link
Do I earn money when friends buy tickets?
No. Entriza rewards are event benefits funded by the organizer. They do not pay cash, commission or affiliate income.
Does opening my link count as a referral?
No. A distinct new buyer must complete an eligible paid purchase within the stated attribution period.
Can the same friend count more than once?
No. Multiple orders from the same new buyer do not create repeated referral progress for the same campaign.
What happens when a referred order is refunded?
The purchase stops counting. If your threshold is no longer met, an unused reward is withdrawn and the reason appears in your account.
Does my reward move when I transfer my ticket?
No. Ticket transfer changes the ticket holder, but a personal reward and its progress stay with the original account.
Can a reward run out?
Yes. Campaigns have a real maximum quantity or budget. Reaching the threshold reserves a reward only while campaign stock is available.
