Refunds and event changes

What happens when plans—or the event—change.

The organizer shown on the event page is the legal seller and decides event-specific requests under its published terms and applicable law. The platform supplies a documented request process.

No general cooling-off period for dated events

EU and Cyprus consumer guidance states that the standard 14-day withdrawal period generally does not apply to concert tickets and leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period. This does not remove rights arising from cancellation, breach, organizer promises or mandatory law.

Cancelled events

If an organizer cancels an event, affected paid orders are handled under the organizer’s terms and applicable law. Buyers receive the available status and refund information through their account and configured notification channels.

Rescheduled or materially changed events

The organizer must communicate the change. Where a refund window applies, its deadline and instructions are shown with the order. Keeping or using the ticket after accepting the change may affect available remedies.

Buyer-requested refunds

Open the relevant order in the dashboard and submit the structured refund request. Explain the reason without including payment-card data. Submitting a request does not itself reverse a payment; the seller reviews it first.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are sent through the original payment route where possible. Bank and payment-provider processing time is outside the platform’s direct control. Issued credentials are revoked for refunded quantities.

Transfers, used tickets and disputes

A transferred, redeemed or fraud-blocked ticket may require additional review. If the seller does not resolve a valid request, contact platform support and retain the order and communication records; statutory complaint and payment rights remain unaffected.
