About Entriza
An event platform should make the night easier for everyone involved.
Entriza is being built for events in Cyprus where many disconnected tools often meet: social posts for discovery, a ticket shop for sales, messages for the line-up, spreadsheets for guest lists and another app at the door. Our goal is not another loose tool, but one understandable flow.

ENTRIZA
What is Entriza being built for?
Entriza connects event discovery, digital tickets and day-of-event operations. Guests should see the important facts before buying. Organizers should manage inventory, payments, guest lists, line-ups and admission in one place without mixing the responsibilities of the people involved.
Start with the real night
An event page is more than a poster with a buy button. Date, exact venue, age rule, line-up, ticket inclusions, route and responsible organizer belong together. Only then can a guest decide whether an event fits the plan.
Entriza therefore links events to public organizer, DJ and venue profiles. Visitors can understand who is behind the night and find related dates without reaching a dead end.
One account can cover several activities
People in events often wear several hats. A DJ may organize a party, add a missing venue and invite other artists. Separate registrations are not necessary.
Permissions still remain separate. A DJ profile grants no sales access, a venue cannot see orders automatically and an organizer cannot edit another artist's profile.
The organizer remains the seller
The organizer named on the event page is the legal ticket seller and order contact. Payments are processed through that organizer's connected Stripe account. Entriza provides the platform, checkout, ticket delivery and operational tools.
This distinction should be visible before a problem occurs. Event, order and support information therefore points to concrete responsibilities.
Admission is designed for the door
At the entrance, seconds, daylight and a clear answer matter. The mobile scanner checks tickets, table codes, guest-list places and rewards separately. A manual code helps when a camera or display fails.
Staff receive only the permissions needed at their station. Live counts support the manager without exposing unnecessary guest data.
Recommendations connect friends, not commissions
Organizers may offer limited rewards for genuine recommendations. A successful purchase by a new guest counts; self-referrals, duplicates and refunded purchases should not create progress.
This is not an affiliate programme or a promise to earn money. Rewards belong to one event and have clear organizer-funded conditions.
Cyprus first, other countries deliberately later
Entriza starts with Cyprus and English, Greek, German and Russian. Another EU country is not enabled merely because the software could technically operate there.
Law, tax, payments, retention and translations must be reviewed before activation. Growth only makes sense when obligations are as clear as the product promise.
About Entriza
Principles used for product decisions
A feature is not accepted only because it is technically possible. It must be understandable, safe and useful during a real event.
Plain language before system language
Pages explain the task, result and next step. Internal codes belong in protected logs, not user-facing errors.
Make responsibility visible
Event and order pages identify the seller, location and performers without quietly mixing their roles.
Use only necessary data
Payments stay with the provider, age checks store no identity copy and marketing tracking follows the visitor's choice.
Languages are part of the product
Core flows are checked in four languages. Missing event translations block publishing instead of silently showing English.
No invented proof
Demo events, generated images and examples are labelled. We do not invent reviews, user numbers or partnerships.
About Entriza
Who is responsible for what?
A good ticket platform does not erase responsibilities. It makes them visible.
Entriza
Operates accounts, event presentation, inventory technology, ticket delivery, scanning tools and structured platform support.
Organizer
Acts as seller, defines the offer and refund rules, connects payments and remains responsible for the event.
Venue team
Maintains a claimed public venue profile. Being used by an event does not grant access to its orders.
DJ or artist
Controls the public artist profile and line-up invitations. Accepting an invitation grants no sales rights.
How public content is reviewed
Public help and guides should answer questions rather than repeat keywords. Changes are checked against the intended product flow and receive a visible review date.
- Event facts and names come from the relevant profile or organizer.
- Automatic translations are structurally validated and remain editable.
- Legal material receives separate approval and is not presented as personal legal advice.
- Errors can be reported through contact and corrected transparently.

About Entriza
Where does the platform stand today?
The current website is a preview and test environment for the planned Cyprus launch. The product direction is set; final provider data, legal documents and external approvals must be complete before public sales.
- Public discovery, maps, profiles and multilingual information are testable.
- Buyer, DJ, organizer and venue paths use one personal account.
- Payment, email and identity providers require full production acceptance before real sales.
- Restore tests, entrance rehearsal, accessibility and legal approval remain launch gates.
