One account, clear paths

From the first plan to the entrance, without guesswork.

You do not need to learn the structure of a ticket platform first. Choose what you want to do. Guests find events and tickets, DJs can perform or organize, and organizer and venue teams see only the tools needed for their work.

Tickets

How booking a ticket works

Before paying, you see who organizes the event, where it takes place and what the ticket includes.

1

1. Choose an event

Search by city, distance or date. The event page brings together programme, venue, age rule, route, organizer and ticket types.

2

2. Choose a ticket

Select admission, a package or another available option. The full price and included services are shown before payment.

3

3. Pay securely

Stripe processes the payment for the organizer, who remains the legal seller. The platform does not store raw card details.

4

4. Receive your ticket

After confirmed payment, the ticket appears in your account with its QR code, manual code and later event updates.

5

5. Show it at the entrance

Open the ticket on your phone. The entrance team immediately sees whether it is valid or has already been used.

Good to know before buying

  • The organizer is the seller and order contact.
  • The complete price is shown before payment.
  • Ticket types can have their own deadlines, limits and age rules.
  • Places are briefly held during checkout to prevent duplicate sales.

Ready after purchase

  • Ticket and entry code in your account
  • Order and event updates by email and in the account
  • Ticket transfer when the organizer allows it
  • Structured help with refunds and changes

Publish an event in understandable steps

A single person may wear several hats. Damien can perform as a DJ, organize the event, add a missing venue and invite other DJs from one account.

01

Choose your areas

Enable event organization and add a DJ profile if you perform yourself. Both belong to the same personal login.

02

Set up the organizer

Add the public name, legal seller and refund contact. The organizer is reviewed before sales begin.

03

Find or add the venue

Search the shared directory first. You can add a missing place without gaining control of someone else's profile.

04

Build the line-up

Add your own DJ profile or invite artists. Each DJ controls whether the assignment appears on their profile.

05

Prepare sales and publishing

Set inventory, prices, deadlines and guest information. Payments, translations and review must be complete before publishing.

SUPPORT

When plans change

Not every night follows the original plan, so transfers, postponements, cancellations and support need a clear route.

Transfer a ticket

If enabled, transfer it once before the organizer's deadline. The old entry codes are then replaced.

Event postponed

You receive an update. A limited refund window may apply after a postponement or significant venue change.

Event cancelled

A full refund is initiated, and the ticket and unused rewards can no longer be used.

You need personal help

Open a support case linked to the order and event. You can follow its status and public replies.

What protects your data

  • Card details go directly to the payment provider.
  • Ticket codes do not appear in public logs or analytics.
  • An entry code can be accepted only once.
  • Roles apply only to the relevant organizer or event.
  • Marketing tracking starts only after your choice.

How we keep this explanation reliable

This page describes the intended platform flows and is checked with buyer, DJ, organizer, venue and scanner scenarios. Demo images and events are clearly labelled and are not customer testimonials.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do buyers and DJs need separate accounts?

No. Every account can buy tickets. Add a DJ profile or organizer area only when you need it.

Can a DJ create an event?

Yes. Add the event organizer area, place yourself in the line-up, choose a venue and invite other artists.

Where is my ticket?

After confirmed payment it appears under My Tickets with its QR code, manual code and event updates.

Do I need an app?

No. The mobile website works in the browser and can optionally be installed on your home screen.

Who receives my payment?

The organizer is the legal seller and receives payment through a connected Stripe account.

What if the QR code does not scan?

Show the eight-character manual code. Entrance staff can check it for that event.
